1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered in 3–6 days depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 8 days.


2. Do you charge for shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small fee of ₹49 applies.


3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us at theflexonic@gmail.com or +91 6351431956. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for wrong or defective products within 3 days of delivery. A clear unboxing video is required for approval.


5. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges if you receive the wrong product or a defective item. Size-based exchanges are subject to availability and may include a small handling fee.


6. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. For export or bulk inquiries, you can reach us directly.
